,,It's somewhat sobering to report that I have been a member of our great club for over 40% of its existence….ouch, where has the time gone! 

I hope that you share the pride and enjoyment that I have in being part of a club with such a long and rich history. 

RTYC is a prime example of what can be achieved collectively by its members for the good of all. 

We are custodians of a very valuable asset and I ask each and every one of you to make the most of what we have, to share it with others and most importantly to continue to work together to ensure that we provide a legacy for future generations to enjoy.

I look forward to your company on and off the water especially during this jubilee year of celebration.''
