Child Protection Policy
Child Protection Information
The Club has a policy to make sure that young people and vulnerable adults who are taking part in activities at the club are kept safe from harm. The policy applies to all employees, contractors and volunteers who work with these groups.
Our Child Protection Guidance explains how the policy works in more detail. It has information about how we respond to concerns, who is responsible for young people when we are at external events, how we check volunteers and useful contacts.
Child Protection Guidance
Some of our volunteers hold PVG Scheme Membership and we have a policy that explains how we keep safe any information we receive from Disclosure Scotland.
How do we keep our information safe?
Disclosure Information
We have a full Code of Conduct and a policy summary document that explains how we expect young people, their parents and volunteers to behave so that everyone can enjoy the activities.
RTYC Child protection policy - Summary
A paper copy of these documents is kept behind the bar in the main clubhouse.
