DI - course June 24

RYA Dinghy Instructor (DI) course

Pre-assessment Sunday 2nd June

DI course Monday 3rd - Friday 7th June

Must be aged 16 or older on the 3rd of June. 

Must have valid First Aid certificate and PB2. 

There are options to take these before the DI Course

Will need to do the online RYA Safe and Fun Safeguarding Course and also become an RYA member

The total course cost for members of RTYC, DUSC, DRSC and WSC will be no more than £250 including pre-assessment, the same two courses taken at Port Edgar would cost £600!  This is being subsidised by the Lottery Awards for All TEWSH grant. 

For those not members of the above clubs, the course will cost £350 including pre-assessment.   No refund if you fail the pre-assessment so make sure your skills are OK

We've also got a PB2 course for any students requiring it before taking part in the DI course.  30th and 31st May.  Thursday and Friday.  A separate course fee applies 

We might also have a RYA First Aid Afloat Course in June as well, date TBC. A separate course fee applies
