Back to Sailing Day - 4th April.  Great chance to get your boat rigged and out on the water ready to enjoy this year on the water.  

This is quite simply a fairly gentle opportunity to get back on the water for:-

• those who have started sailing in the last couple of years and would welcome a refresher/ reintroduction session
• current boat owners who would like a wee nudge to get them going again, be great to see some boats getting out.
• anyone else who would just like to join in

Clearly the activity will be weather dependent but the basic programme is:-

0930      meet, rig own boats, help with rigging training boats

1030      tea/ coffee reminder of safety procedures, 5 essentials, capsize recovery,  tacking/ gybing drill

1100 1230       launching/ recovery,  basic sailing on a short triangular course

Possibly finishing with a short flotilla voyage

Once ashore BYO lunch for those that want and roundup
