Have you volunteered for this series?  The expectation is that all sailors, including crews, will do at least one volunteer slot per series taken part in and that they will volunteer before they enter a race. 

To maximise the number of boats racing think about using your volunteer slot to cover some of the social sailing events!   The social sailors and rowers have been doing the majority of the duties for the racing events and it would be good to support them so they can sail at the social events.  Link to social sailing volunteer slots:-  https://royaltay.org/roster?ut...
