RYA Race Officer online course

Ideal way for any club members with some racing knowledge and who have done assistant OOD a few times to gain the skills to step up to being the OOD for club racing 

It can also be used as a stepping stone to becoming a RYA Regional Race Officer. 

Couple of folk already keen to do it so we could look at doing as a group at the club over the three Tuesday evenings.   

We could look at doing a session on the Race Management Guide on the 21st of November for those who aren't familiar with it.
