Royal Tay Yacht Club is one of Scotland's premier water-sports clubs.

The club provides fantastic opportunities for sailing, coastal rowing and power boating.

Dinghy racing takes place on a Tuesday evening and social sailing (recreational sailing with safety cover) on Thursday evening and Saturday morning.

We offer a wide range of RYA courses that will take you from beginner to expert in sailing or power boating.

Our junior section runs every Wednesday evening and accepts junior members aged 10 to 18.

We’ve recently opened a new clubhouse and our facilities are superb, both on and off the water and that means we can offer lots of social opportunities too!

New members are welcome, join today.

We look forward to meeting you and getting you out on the River Tay – it’s a fabulous stretch of water to be on!!

Harbour Shed Update

Repair work is now successfully completed. We are pleased to report that Intona completed the work on the north wall of Harbour Shed as planned and on schedule. The work, briefly, included replacement of gutters and some roof panels with a view to making that area watertight again. Thanks are due to Property Convener Eric Page for arranging and coordinating the work/contract and to John Knowles for his assistance 'on the ground'. More »
